E-Mail today has to go through major spam filters

to get to large email companies like Hotmail or G-Mail who really account for the majority of email recipients you will have to deal with. But even smaller companies filter out spam - what this means is you often won't know your email isn't getting through. 

• Hamptons Web Design has dedicated servers, and a team of professional technicians that monitor email services 24/7 to insure the email is getting to its destination.
   
• The system we offer you allows for using an online interface as well as download to your computer or send from your computer.
   
• Your email addresses will be associated with your domain name ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) etc. Which is how you should brand your domain and online presence. Using an outside email is fine, you can do this - but you lose the brand.
   
• Our Email system costs $5.00 per account (peer email address) that you can send and receive email through. If you are going to do HEAVY emailing (1000's per day please let us know you need a more robust system than this and we offer it.).
   
• Set Up is $50  

There are free email services, but you won't have the security to know
we're watching your email to insure it gets through,
and when there is a problem we are on it instantly.

• If you don't want to spend the extra dollars - you can use any third-party account like hotmail and we'll link that into your site's contact pages for you included in your design. We do not support any other system but our own, so if you need us to contact or switch email accounts, etc., we charge by the hour for that work.
   
• It is strongly suggested to allow us to handle your email solutions for you so that your design, hosting, email systems and marketing are integrated. This allows us to easily troubleshoot and organize the many facets of your website, that you may not even be aware exist on a day-to-day basis.
   
• You can also use your control panel that comes with your hosting account (if you host with us) and can have up to 20 email addresses you create yourself. However, you cannot access this online. You can only send and receive from your computer.
